Situated in Palm Desert, this vacation home is an oasis in the desert.

With three bedrooms in the main house (king, queen & queen) and one bedroom in the guest house (king), it is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends.

There are three bathrooms, each with a sink, shower and toilet. Two of the showers are walk-in showers (master & guest house). The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The living room and both King rooms have TV's with DVD players. We have provided a selection of DVD's for your enjoyment but please feel free to bring your own and catch up on your NetFlix queue.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances -- fridge with ice maker and water filter, dishwasher, gas stove & oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, griddle. All appliances are less then two years old.

All linens are provided. The main house has laundry facilities.

The private back garden includes a heated salt water swimming pool, spa hot tub, outdoor shower (in addition to the three inside) and a lemon tree.

Located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of top-rated golf courses & spas, fine dining, fabulous shopping, and casinos.

Of notable mention is the proximity to the newly renovated Palm Desert Golf & Country Club (open to the public) as well as the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the annual Pacific Life Open Tennis Tournament.
